Welcome to the WSQ homepage
Thank you for your interest in the free Web Screening Questionnaire (WSQ). It is a quick internet tool to detect people likely to have common mental disorders. The WSQ quickly detects clinically-relevant mood, anxiety and alcohol-related problems and so can guide people to internet-self-help modules appropriate for their problem, or can quickly screen patients before they see a GP. It takes about 2 minutes to complete.
The WSQ was developed by the VU (Vrije Universiteit) of Amsterdam.
To download the WSQ please select one of the versions:
- The WSQ
- The WSQ is also available in a slightly simpler version whose psychometric properties have yet to be tested.
